Planetarium Tour of the Evening Sky
As part of the Longwood Gardens 2018 Community Read focusing on Women in Science, join us for an evening of planetarium fun at the West Chester University’s Mather Planetarium. The presentation will be given by PhD astronomer, Dr. Karen Schwartz. The program will consist of an overview of what is currently visible in the night sky. In addition, each show focuses on a specific aspect of astronomy, the topic of which changes each month. The shows are appropriate for all ages, however, the content and duration of the show may be more appealing to older children and adults.
